- Added new v4l_err, v4l_warn, v4l_info and v4l_dbg macros to
v4l2-common.h for use in v4l-dvb i2c drivers. This ensures
a unique prefix for each device instance.
- At a later stage these macros may be reimplemented using the
device-generic macros from device.h.
- Converted the msp3400 driver to the new macros.

- Calculate the audio master clock registers from the actual
frequencies. This simplifies the code and it also prepares
for adding CGC2 support.
- VIDIOC_INT_AUDIO_CLOCK_FREQ now receives an u32 instead of
an enum. It is more generic and actually easier to implement.

Now when kbuild passes KBUILD_MODNAME with "" do not __stringify it when
used. Remove __stringnify for all users.
This also fixes the output of:
$ ls -l /sys/module/

Add workaround for Hauppauge PVR150 hardware problem with tuner models 85, 99
and 112 (model numbers as reported by tveeprom). The audio standard
autodetection does not always work correctly for these models.

- The pinnacle handler & remote are common to saa7134 PCI boards and em28xx
USB boards, so the keymap was moved to ir-common and the keyhandler is back
to ir-kbd-i2c
- request_module("ir-kbd-i2c") is no longer necessary at saa7134-core since
saa7134.ko now depends on ir-kbd-i2c.ko to get the keyhandler

- Several Improvement on I2C IR handling for em2820:
- moved Pinnacle IR table (ir_codes_em2820) to em2820-input.c
- IR struct renamed and moved to a header file.
- New file to handle em2820-specific IR.
- Some cleanups.
- attach now detects I2C IR and calls em2820-specific IR code
- IR compat code moved to compat.h
- New header with struct IR_i2c there, to allow it to be
used by board-specific input handlers.
- Some improvements at em28xx board detection:
- Board detection message improved to show interface and class.
- Now it doesn't touch audio interfaces.

In theory, there should be no more users of I2C_ALGO_* at this point.
However, it happens that several drivers were using I2C_ALGO_* for
adapter ids, so we need to correct these before we can get rid of all
the I2C_ALGO_* definitions.
Note that this also fixes a bug in media/video/tvaudio.c:
/* don't attach on saa7146 based cards,
because dedicated drivers are used */
if ((adap->id & I2C_ALGO_SAA7146))
return 0;
This test was plain broken, as it would succeed for many more adapters
than just the saa7146: any those id would share at least one bit with
the saa7146 id. We are really lucky that the few other adapters we want
this driver to work with did not fulfill that condition.

- Fixed some bttv card numbers.
- BTTV and SAA7134 version numbers incremented to reflect changes.
- pci_dma_supported() is called after pci_set_dma_mask() which
already did check that for us. This patch removes the unneeded call to
pci_dma_supported() at bttv-driver.c
- Ensure a sufficient I2C bus idle time between 2 messages for
saa7134-i2c.c
- It is important to write at first to MO_GP3_IO for cx88-tvaudio.c
- Use try_to_freeze() instead of refrigerator at msp3400.c
- Recognizing the MFPE05-2 Tuner at tveeprom.c
- Add new parameter to help identify radio chipsets at tuner module:
show_i2c=1 will show 16 reading bytes from detected tuners.
- BTTV does generate some Unimplemented IOCTL log at tuner module:
0x40046d11(dir=1,tp=0x6d,nr=17,sz=4) means that it is sending
MSP3400 calls to non-msp3400 tuners. Warning eliminated.
VIDIOSAUDIO is also called, so debug messages updated. It is still
requiring IOCTL implementation.
- Added two more tuners.
- Add support for the SVideo input on the GDI Black Gold.

- Fixed a trouble on tuner-core that generates erros on computers with more
than one TV card.
- Rename tuner structures fields.
- Tail spaces removed.
- I2C cleanups and converged to a basic reference structure.
- Removed unused structures.
- Fix setting frequency on tda8290.
- Added code for TEA5767 autodetection.
- Standby mode support implemented. It is used to disable
a non used tuner. Currenlty implemented on tea5767.
- New macro: set_type disables other tuner when changing mode.
- Some cleanups.
- Use 50 kHz step when tunning radio for most tuners to improve precision.
