[ALSA] intel8x0m - Free irq in suspend
...
Free the irq handler in suspend and reacquire in resume as well as
intel8x0 audio driver does. Some devices may change the irq line
dynamically during suspend/resume.

With some intel based ac97 modems codec access semaphore is not cleared
after 0x54 AC97 register (GPIO_STATUS) reads. This may causes problems
with newly applied modem mixer (Off-hook switch) and in other cases.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
