Remove struct pt_regs * from all handlers.
Also remove the regs argument from get_irq() functions.
Compile tested with arch/powerpc/config/* and

Just one bit of fallout from the constification of the get_property
return value.

We export a bunch of info in /proc/iSeries/config. Currently we pull it
directly out of some iSeries specific structs, but we could use the device
tree instead, this saves decoding it twice and is a little neater.

Adds a new CONFIG_PPC_64K_PAGES which, when enabled, changes the kernel
base page size to 64K. The resulting kernel still boots on any
hardware. On current machines with 4K pages support only, the kernel
will maintain 16 "subpages" for each 64K page transparently.
Note that while real 64K capable HW has been tested, the current patch
will not enable it yet as such hardware is not released yet, and I'm
still verifying with the firmware architects the proper to get the
information from the newer hypervisors.

Last of this round of the iSeries header cleanups
- don't have two defines for the same thing (HvMaxArchitectedLps
and HvMaxArchitectedVirtualLans)
- HvCallSc.h only needs linux/types.h
- remove unused struct definition
- add "extern" to some more function declarations

This patch removes from the iSeries header files a large number of inline
functions that are not used. It also changes the only caller of a HvCallCfg
function that is outside HvLpConfig.h to its equivalent HvLpConfig function
and no longer includes HvCallCfg.h where it is not needed.

include/asm-ppc64/iSeries/LparData.h just included a whole lot of other files
to declare variables that would be better declared in those other files. So,
remove it. This will reduce that number of things needed to be included in
most cases to access the relevant variables.

include/asm-ppc64/iSeries/iSeries_proc.h just contains a declaration of a
function that no longer exists. Remove it.

Initial git repository build. I'm not bothering with the full history,
even though we have it. We can create a separate "historical" git
archive of that later if we want to, and in the meantime it's about
3.2GB when imported into git - space that would just make the early
git days unnecessarily complicated, when we don't have a lot of good
infrastructure for it.
Let it rip!
